If at any point you cared about the presentation of your meal, you are whats wrong with modern cooking

I hate it when they smear the sause all over the fucking plate. Can't you just put it on top of the pastry or in the saucer, where is belongs, you sick bastard?

>whats wrong with modern cooking
There's nothing wrong with modern cooking. You just want something to complain about. And you're not even complaining about cooking, you're complaining about going out to eat.
Go to a place that serves food for eating and not for looking.
>he buys sliced turkey instead of sliced chicken
Buy chicken lunch meat guys. It tastes so much better, that I can tell you. Good on sandwiches, or melts. My good friend bought me a panini press, and I have been making chicken and cheese melts and having a great time!
What a fucking loser. Can't even use the God tier of sandwich presses.

The sear marks or whatever you call them are in the wrong direction.
>>9180387
So true. That guy doesn't realize that the sandwich if melted, will give you a real good time! Get a press and invite some friends, for a real good time! I even put a circle of pineapple on a pulled pork melt!

If you threw in a few brisket nipples with some cayenne pepper, soy sauce and wahhabi you'd have some genuine hanoi rice.
i want to see it plated
are you going to add anything else?
its just gonna taste like nacho cheese unless you put something else in it so enjoy I guess
rice is complete shit anyways
>tfw I finished my bowl of iced cream and forgot about my chips
The thrill is in the constant switch from taste to taste desu!
Dumb hamsterposter

Dipping nacho cheese doritos into salsa is a wonderful experience. The salsa clings to the cheese powder.
Let's talk about how you eat your pizza.
Fingers, fork and knife or sticks?
I've discovered that sticks are actually fairly good.
That's just crazy man.
by hand
home made pizza i use knife and fork, because I tend to overload my 'za
any other pizza, hands
I have some frozen tator tots, but they only either oven or deep fry. I wanna nuke in microwave?
Possible?
>>9180005
It'll probably be a soggy mess but sure, it'll heat them up
I sometimes make tots a ketchupy potato mash with shredded cheese in the microwave.
>>9180005
Oven or deep fry instructions implies raw potatoes, but could just be best cooked type advice.
Went to McDonald's today and the app wouldn't load (hence no BOGO Big Mac) so I left and went to Wendy's. Looks like it's STILL DOWN here. Anyone else having this problem?
dont care. fuck off and die.

It's real swell
This is a potato salad.
what fucking retard drizzles ketchup all over their fries
You have posted this same thread like 3 times in the past couple days. Yes, we agree it's a potato salad. Yes, you have been validated. Now go fuck off you turd sniffer.

I liked doing that if I had one of those ketchup bottles like in pic related, with an incredibly tiny spout. Since the spout was thin you could easily control how much ketchup goes on, and a tiny bit of ketchup that soaks into the fries and warms up tasted better to me. In OP's pic that just looks gross though, you're going to get a few fries with way too much ketchup.
what the fuck happened
they discontinued it so they could bring it back at some point

it stopped being the 90s.
When was the last time you had a nice refreshing 7up? You like it, it likes you!

I'm a musician and I'm always traveling up and down the east coast- NY, Philly, Baltimore, D.C., Richmond...
I've recently become obsessed with the kind of hole-in-the-wall seafood places that sell fried lake trout, whiting, oysters, soft-shell crab. Just wondering if anybody knows any must-try places like this in any of these cities. Most of these places don't have a website or web presence and are hard to find out about except from locals. Cheap is always good.
If they have good sides, that's a plus too.
Oyster Creek in Port Republic, NJ. a little out of the way a normal musician would travel but so worth it. sit on the dock, eat some of the best oysters you'll ever have. amazing crab, amazing clams. all around amazing spot. you have to travel down a one way road to get to it. really cool. right on the marsh.

Thanks! I'll add it to my list. It looks a little bit out of the way of my normal path but I get to AC every once in a while so maybe sometime on my way there.
Horace's and Dickies in DC is one of the best fish shop you can go to, they almost always sell out of almost everything at the end of lunch time so be sure to get there early
