Just had my first cup of coffee last night after years of ignorance that the taste will put me off or the drink will make me sick - I was wrong.
I think I'm hooked ,lads.
I had a delicious latte but it came from a packet. It tasted good but how do I get coffee to taste REALLY fucking good.
I know there are things out there about coffee that I've yet to discover.

There's a bajillion ways to make coffee (I counted)
I like to get water just under boiling and steep in a french press for a long time. That way I don't burn the grounds but I extract all that black syrupy goodness. But in your case, maybe you like the burn, or maybe you want to steep for a short time for a lighter tast.
OR you can combine 1 part coffee with 1 part cld water and let it steep for 24 hours in your fridge. BAM you got cold brew
You can also add milk, cream, or nasty artificial creamer stolen from your local diner. Who am I to judge? Some people even add butter to their coffee (which is certifiably insane but more power to em).
Sometimes I microwave milk and dissolve instant in that shit like hot chocolate.

E. coli is simply the grossest because it is the bacteria that gives the characteristic smell to human shit. It is the definitive shit germ. With that said, I'd probably prefer that to a prion.

They aren't bacteria. They are just proteins. However, these proteins will change the shape of other proteins when they touch them. This becomes a problem if one is in your brain and starts changing the structure of your brain. See: Any form of dementia, including madcow.
The thing that sucks is that, while they are rare, normal aseptic technique does not kill them, because they are not viruses/bacteria, etc. The only way to destroy them for sure is super crazy extreme pressure and steam to denature them, and that isn't 100% from what I've heard.

Now, 5 tips on how to get fucked from your pizza better, better than the dirty brunette in the dirty glittering sand dune:
<1. Make a dough of dry yeast and when the dough is ready, put it in the refrigerator at the cold, let it be in the fridge 24-72h, the best tasting pizza will come if the dough has been cold for just 3rk or 72h. Then you make a pizza in the fridge from a cold-baked dough. In the cold, lactic acid bacteria are released, which make the dough divine tastes.
<2. Always place the oven as hot as it gets. Do not believe the instructions that say that 200 degrees is good heat to make pizza. The hot oven makes crunchy pizza off, but just lovely juicy inside the outside.

<4. DO NOT EASY TO USE the roller when the bread dough. Using the collar, the dough becomes too firm when you press into a small space a terrible amount of dough and no air bubbles are produced at all.
<5. During the dough process, make a hard dough for 15 to 20 minutes to get good dough in the dough. Turn your hands and use the power to knead well. Work is rewarded!

In the bay area there are "Vietnamese Deli's"

So, what's your favorite cake? Personally for me it's doberge cake, I just love the layers of pudding and the icing is awesome.
I almost always have this cake only on my birthday because while it is very good it's a sugar overload. Also I know some like the lemon doberge, but for me it's chocolate all the way.

I finally managed a near-perfect KFC chicken recipe. I have three small problems, however.
1. When I fry the drumsticks, about half of them start leaking a lot of blood out. It looks disgusting.
2. The outside is very crispy and tasty, loaded with seasoning. The inside is rather bland and disappointing, it just tastes like unseasoned chicken.
3. My drumsticks are turning a deep purple/black on the inside with a weird texture. It's very off-putting. Looks like pic related but 10x worse.
Here's my recipe.

>onion powder
>mustard powder
>garlic
>celery salt
>paprika
>cayenne pepper
>cumin powder
>buttermilk
>egg
>flour
