Tasty, easy, bachelor chow. Box of chicken-flavored rice-a-roni, two chicken breasts, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, salsa, tortilla chips.

Season your chicken and saute it in some oil, then set it aside. Make your rice-a-roni, when it's about half-way done add in your salsa to taste and let it cook down. When it's nearly done, add your sliced or cubed chicken breasts and your cheddar cheese in and let the cheese melt. Serve with tortilla chips and more salsa.

I usually warm it up a little in the microwave and eat it with mustard.

Alternatively, you could fry it up with onions and potatoes and season it with caraway or horseradish. You'll want a relatively sour side dish like a salad or Sauerkraut though.

Because I want it to fill me up. I like to eat 1-2 big meals a day then dont eat for 18 hours. I make cheesecakes a lot and I never put in sugar regardless, I put in healthy stuff so I can eat cheesecake on a daily basis without getting diabetes. Last time I made cheesecake I made the crust out of coconut flour, and for the filling I put in cottage cheese, a little cream cheese, eggs, and 1/2 can of pumpkin. It didint taste orgasmic like regular sugary cheesecake but I still enjoyed it and I could eat the whole thing without throwing off my diet.

Also even though it goes against low carb, Id still recommend eating a piece of fruit every now and then

I stopped eating low carb because it made me sad with lack of food choices. Now I pretty much just make sure I eat mostly fruit and veg.
