I eat my burgers upside down. I used to think I was special, but a google search showed me it was pretty common.
I used to despise the lettuce under the burger patty. I trolled people online and called them idiots for doing so. It is better texture on top I said.
It turns out that by flipping it 180 I am a lettuce under the patty person.
The same feeling as a closeted self loathing homosexual right now, realizing he is gay and embracing it.

Soon I'll be moving to Poland leaving my parents and all the food they provide me. I've never been fond of tasting a variety of food nor cooking, thus I have no idea what to buy or cook. Nevertheless I would cook and eat anything, put in the right condition.
Currently I can prepare pasta, rice, meat, vegetables
My biggest fear is to end up eating frozen shit or being robbed by KFC
Can you suggest some dishes or recipes for dinner and lunch? Bonus if they are healthy and easy to make

I had this huge popcorn bowl that I poured an entire bag of tortilla chips in. I smothered them with velveeta+rotel, a pound of taco beef, chopped onion, black olives, pickled jalapenos, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. It was the mother of all loaded nachos.
I was extremely suicidal and depressed. Nachos and whiskey every weekend was all that kept me alive. That was like 12 years ago, btw. I'd eat that shit in less than 30 minutes. Just inhale it.

Any advice on making blue steak?

The ones at the store/farmers market are shit. No flavour. A homegrown one of the correct variety are good, but even a top tier dragonfruit is nowhere near as good as a home grown pluot.
