I love chewy oatmeal cookies, especially with molasses.

However I find a lot of them to be unpleasant because they're either crisp instead of chewy, or they get fucked up by the presence of large chunks of something in them (nuts, raisins, etc.)

I listen to podcasts. Joe Rogan Experience, Danish and Oneill, Poundcast, Your Mom's House, My Favorite Murder, The Bone Zone... theres more, but those are my favorites. If I want to listen to music, it's usually Slayer or Wheeler Walker Jr, maybe some Too Short. But most of the time it's a podcast.

If It's cooking with GF I go 80's powerballads.
With friends, I'd say I let them take control of the music process
With family I play the most eclectic and diverse shit that I can find in my library. Like Favorite Things by the Lennon Sisters or Hard Rock Candy Mountain by the Restarts. Just wildly conflicting musical styles.

Cuz ur making sunny side up eggs but the yolk cooks faster than the white. You want a runny yolk so you settle for underdone whites. The trick is to put a lid on at the end so the steam cooks the rest of the whites. That way you don't get sick you fucking retard.

most people outside italy tend to add cans of tomatoes to their bolognese anyway. it's seen as a tomato based sauce more than a meat based one a lot of the time. so it'll taste like my mum's (minus the baked beans)
