Cook in your pan on low-med heat with butter. Once the whites start to begin cooking, baste the butter onto the top of the egg, it helps cook the top of the whites faster. Do this until your whites looked fully cooked and your yolk still looks raw. If you have an oven-safe nonstick pan you can finish it in there, instead.

My main veggies are broccoli, carrots, and squash. The broccoli and carrots are fine, but squash is way inferior to fresh. I guess it just depends on which veggie it is.

Nothing inherently wrong with frozen veggies, but unless you're using them in a soup most of the nutrients get cooked out of them. Raw veggies are much better for you in general as the application of heat basically melts out the nutritional content, mostly.

Great breakfast, delicious and very filling for a cheap price. You can get an amazing torta de tamal for less than a dollar.
Just gotta find a good stand, pick your favorite flavor and you are set. Most stands also sell coffee, atole and/or champurrado, so for a full dollar you got yourself a nice breakfast and a delicious hot beverage.
