My mum's fallen for the vegan supplement pills meme and now wants to indoctrinate me with them.
Is there any truth behind these or is it just a scam?
They're good and better than wasting your time eating food
post pics of mom pls

Huh?
Whats the best comfort food?
What makes you genuinely happy to eat it?
A big fat cock.
weetbix and milo.
back when I was a kid I would come home from school and demolish like 5 bowls of that shit. in the end I became a fat fucker, and I cut both of them out of my diet and started to lose weight with daily exercise.
Haven't had it in a few months now, but whenever I'm having a shitty time in life i'll resort to it.

I'm a truck driver so my culinary choices are limited, but I'm actually pretty good at using walmart ingredients on hotplates and intantpots. That would probably be an interesting thread. But fuck that I'm finally on home time and the choices are crippling me. Where should I eat lunch and dinner tomorrow?
Inb4 7/11 roller dog

shit up some snacks mate, get some puff pastry, fill with carrots and noodle and boil in stock pot water because it just tastes better

Pilot roller Tamales
>>9295937
Rolled tamales are so bad. If i get anything off the roller its a breakfast tornado. And i know damn well how long that supreme burrito tornado has been there at 4pm.
So how do they get the chocolate on these things anyhow without there being any sign of them being produced?
There's no overlapping layer for if they were drenched
There's no sign of being skewered and dipped
These things should be an impossible candy
>>9295710
wizards n shiet
>>9295710
As they are quite light they use an air current which allows them to float and also dries the chocolate at the same time.

How do Whoppers compare to Maltesers?
do you like your fries in a cardboard fry container, or in a cup?
>>9295408
Literally doesn't matter
>>9295408
Just the bits, in a paper bag.

Chicken has 31g of protein per 100g, compared to just 2.8g.
>eating 4 cups of broccoli to get the same as an ounce of beef
Who makes these?
>Family goes on a vacation trip to some rural town.
>Ask them to bring one kg of chorizo.
>Two weeks later, my brother is handing me one kg of authentic chorizo.
>To put in perspective, the one my brother gave me cost nearly three times more than the wal-mart.
>Also, the butcher is actually a guy we know from years ago, so we know he'll give us quality stuff.
>Next day, while on the work, plan on what to do with it. Some with scrambled eggs. Some with mashed with beans. Maybe some with cheese and potatoes. There's that recipe with hot sauce and prickly pears.
>Because the conservation method, it can last for nearly a week and I only need a little for every recipe.
>Come back to home.
>Wife: "Surprise! We already cooked the chorizo for you, enjoy!"
>Look at the.. stuff... on the frying pan.
>JUST.jpg
Slightly fried with some oil and onions was the entire preparation. It was nearly raw, and because there wasn't anything else to counter or soft the flavour, it tasted horrible. One of my nephew literally tried to chew a bit and give up, and she was the only who tried to eat anything at all, the rest prepared/ordered something else.
Best part? Apparently, it was my fault because the flavour was too strong, "I don't get how you can like that".
Anyone else have similar stories?

>To put in perspective, the one my brother gave me cost nearly three times more than the wal-mart.
tldr OP is a fag
>>9295077
Honestly, it's hard to comment on what you're talking about, because it sounds like you just let people run away with your resources. I love chorizo, but it isn't expensive; it's cheap, and you can fry it up with just about anything as a spiced meat.
What exactly is this thread about?

IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WALMART STUFF ANON AND IT WAS WASTED
MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WALMART
I need a good knife. Are there really good chefs knifes worth buying that are under $100 or is it just worth it to bite the bullet?
"good" means being able to take and hold a good edge before anything else
you don't need to exceed $100 on the knife for that
what costs more is ergonomics, profile, fit and finish, and beyond a certain level, bragging rights that you have a knife by so and so
>>9294963
So what would you suggest then as general comfort and holds a solid edge?
Also, not OP and my tiny hands hate Chef's Knives, so do you have a suggestion for Santoku?
>>9294963
My problem is that I bought a faberware ceramic knife and that thing has difficulty cutting through bacon, chicken, and citrus. What is a good knife that I can get then?
Is carrot cake supposed to have applesauce or pineapple in it?
>>9294718
Some people use applesauce as an egg substitute but never heard of pineapple being used in it
The only thing pineapple should be used in is pizza
>>9294718
You should use pureed pineapple pizza.
There is literally nothing wrong with girlie drinks
other than the fact they taste like fucking cough syrup
Redd's is a guilty pleasure of mine, that's about as low as I can sink.
I liked them when I was younger, now they're just way too sweet. Not sure how that works, but a lot of people seem to have the same experience.
I finally did it, /ck/
I fucked up rice.
Added too much water.
Before I kill myself, how would you unfuck it?
>>9294665
Try again.
>>9294669
But my chicken is done in 10 minutes and all I have is long-cook
Keep boiling it?
what does /ck/ think of these? are they a meme?
>>9294629
more like jack off fruit lmao
>>9294646
more like ja/ck/ fruit
Any relation to the durian?
Where could you buy one of these in the states?
Bacon in pan, nice and hot.
Listen while you browse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1iwrfgNOUU
Sliced homegrown tomatoes, nice and fresh.
Cilantro, nice and green.
Cilantro, now nice and diced.
>Soft boil egg
>Yolk is godly
>Hard boil egg
>Yolk is disgusting
How do people eat that shit?
>>9294261
I typically use my mouth but it varies from time to time.
>>9294261
i think an unboiled egg has the best yolk of all
>>9294288
That sounds like a weird way to go about it, but very inventive.
how the fuck do you cook these so the uncooked rubbery chicken skin doesnt occur
bag doesnt say to flip, but if i dont the bottom side will get rubbery/uncrisped
so i cook 20 min an flip for another 5 but then the part on bottom is still rubbery again
seems like no matter how much i cook it the shit still stays wet/soggy underneath, even if the skin is burnt before the first flip
>>9294193
toss them in a hot frying pan with a tiny bit of oil?
>>9294200
frozen or just at the end
>>9294207
just at the end senpai. could even try in a completely dry pan on a high heat as long as you kept them moving
