Anybody else feel really self-conscious every time they order chicken tenders/nuggets from a fast food restaurant? Like the cashier is thinking "lol @ this autistic faggot I'm gonna spit on his nuggies"

I just don't like fast food burgers

They don't give a fuck what you order unless it's inconvenient to make.
>>

nobody cares when you order tendies, as long as you don't call them tendies. Most normies don't even know that tendies are a meme. You need to do some things that will give you confidence and help you get over your obvious autistic tendencies.

Hey there, in the last time I researched into combining a perfect supplement stack for being more healthy and focused. I wanted something to prevent mental and physical illness and boost my cognition on a daily basis because I have a mind challenging job.

Because no single purchasable supplement fits my requirements I combined this compositionone by myself. Please let me know what you think about this.

Every Morning:

--> 1000 mg Omega-3-Phsopholipid (33 % EPA, 22 % DHA) -> Prevention of Inflammation, cognitive aging, cardiovascular disease...

--> 500 mg Bacopa Monnieri -> anti-oxidant function, memory enhancing

--> 1.200 IU Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) -> prevention of deficiency

--> Vitamin B12 (10 µg), B3 (32µg), B6 (5µg) -> prevention of deficiency

--> 400 mg Alpha GPC 50% -> Cholinergic, cognitive enhancement

--> 300 mg L-Theanine -> stress relief

--> 200 mg Phosphatidylserine 20 % -> slowing down the onset of mental decline and improving cognitive performance

--> 150 mg Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract -> Boosting of Nerve Growth Factor production
Do you think this is a potent combination or do you have improvements and/or Additions? Thanks for reading!

pintos, black beans, kidney beans. those are what I use. Any of the above or all
>>
>>9432857
I use ground beef and/or steak cuts
>>
>>9432857
if you want more spices you can use some coriander, smoked paprika, chili powder, and maybe a splash of soy sauce. CHli is so universal though, youve got basically the basics rifght there

Can I use sushi rice to make risotto? Normal risotto rice is also a short grain rice so it should work?

in short - yes

You do not get quite the same "al dente" crunch, but you do get very close creaminess in terms of starch content.
>>
Yeah. One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Japan used koshihikari (a variety of Japanese rice) in the 4 cheese risotto. It was awesome.

So how do spices that taste like ass combine to make something taste good? Or are items like nutmeg simply a meme ingredient that you don't add enough of to matter yet feel special for adding?
13 posts and 2 images submitted.
>>
If you deconstruct your favorite food and eat the component ingredients one by one it probably doesn't taste that great.
>>
>>9430154
Usually I can taste a component and understand it. This, however, is like balsa dust and numbness. I don't see what it adds.
>>
>>9430145
>nutmeg simply a meme
well, I can taste the difference between potato purree with and witgout nutmeg. Don't know what your question is, but if your tastebuds arent fucked (or one overdo it on ALL spices all the time) you generally do have a difference.
Like cinnamon for example, pure cinnamon is bitter and tastes pretty bad, but mix it with apples and bake it in a pie and its great. macis is similarly shit pure and great when used in food. so is berberis. or saffron.

farfalle are one of the absolute worst, way too hard to pick up with a fork. I bet you're the type of guy to pour the sauce ontop of the pasta at the table instead of mixing it all together in one big pot.

For shape I prefer penne. Maintains its texture, cooks evenly, easy to manage with just a fork...
>>
>>9429220
I fucking hate this snobby 'pasta sauce needs to be completely mixed into the pasta because that's now the Italians do it' meme. That results in bland pasta. I don't want every mouthful to be just like every other.

By that logic I may as well put my whole dinner into a blender.

I'm pretty pleb, been eating BAR-S weenies for hot dogs but moved on to these this year. They taste pretty nice, a lot better than the weenies.
What are some good franks/wursts?
And give a reason why you like them, how they taste and what they compare to. Thanks co/ck/s
