I've never been able to taste bitterness, coo/ck/s. This only came to light when I shared food with others later in life, which lead to this whole discussion about why raw vegetables aren't supposed to taste like sugar and chlorophyll.
What am I missing out on? Describe your favorite dishes that need bitterness as a balancing component.

Dear /ck/,
I've found a few articles on how to gain weight quickly, but I figured you ottermode anons might have some charts or other advice.
So far, I'm on a diet of refried rice, tuna, sausage, peanut butter, toast, avocados, eggs, and whatever other veggies get stir fried in.
Should I get a supplement? Any recommendations?

The secret to weight gain is ... liquid calories. Cola, beer, whole fat chocolate milk, protein shakes. Way easier and quicker to ingest those liquid calories than solid ones.

Soup is a good food to eat to pretend you're eating some old world poor people meal, like imagine you're some scurvy ridden, postuled person, and some old hag of a witch bitch cooked up this soup in a big pot, just hot water with crap put into it and heated, odds and ends in water. Maybe you have some bread or stale bread (crackers) that you dip into it, a warm meal for a meager moldy mildew man. Amazing really, how this meal is still sold today, simply water with scraps inside
That being said, I like to have this meal every now and again, I pick up a can of Cameron Bell's "chicken noodle" soup. I heat it up, put two crackers in it, and eat it with 7up which is my makeshift elixer

Put on a shawl, then try diluting the soup with some water and finding someone to share it with. When they finally give in, the dejected, awkward meal that follows really completes the old-world poverty feel.

Get a veggie sub. Subway's meat isn't worth paying extra for. Better yet go find a local sub shop run by some big fat fuck. Fat fucks make the best sandwiches, but stay away from hot subs where they have an opportunity to drip sweat on the flat top while grilling your meat and peppers
