How many tacos with salsa before digging into what you liked best

Is it two salsas on al pastor or three with beans on top even ... maybe your more into carne asada with three salsas .... how about a california chile with cheese with carne asada with two salsas and a side of fries

Kill the kitchen.
The modern kitchen is modeled after professional kitchens where people stand to cook. Standing is good if I want to do things quickly and efficiently. But in a home it kills family interaction and wastes money on a nonessential room equipped with expensive cabinets and knickknacks.
I grew up in Vietnam and when I was young cooking was very different. The kitchen was usually extremely small so people would bring their food out to the living room and do their prepping in there. Then they'd take one of these charcoal stoves outside to cook. It was very comfy during the winter. So cooking was a chance for social interaction and teaching and learning rather than just something annoying you have to do as quickly as possible in a small uncomfortable room where you have to stand all the time.
Modern kitchens were created by Jews for wagecucks and it played a hand in killing off the traditional family. Kill the kitchen, save your family.

Sup /ck/, i need some help.I asked /fit/ bit they are clueless about it and thought you guys might know something about nutrition and health.

So, apparently I have psoriasis.Had something similar to pic related on my right palm for the last 2 months and it itches like crazy.
Anyway, i went to a dermatologist today, and she told me that i should switch my diet, since apparently a big reason for this is that my liver cant properly absorb vitamin-a and i should start eating mainly lean meats and green veggies, while avoidint stuff with high acidity like tomatoes, pork, potatoes, etc.
The problem is, that i've been on keto for the longest time and i had GREAT results because of it, do you think that the keto diet might be responsible for this shit?
