"Better homes and garden" is a classic, the one that looks like a 3 ring binder with the picnic blanket colored cover. Tons of useful info on cuts of meat, spices and pantry stocking, how to pick produce, etc. When I first started off I read all the general info in this book. It is a great resource. Plus it has recipes broken down by protein, cook time, etc.

There's a general problem with these questions. First, are you lean? Second, are you exercising regularly? If the answer to either of these questions is no, then your body is complete shit and you should kill yourself. Everything after that is irrelevant.

Have you tried a different brand? Greek yogurt is just regular yogurt strained to get rid of more liquid, so it would seem odd to me that your stomach has no problems with other dairy products.
