Look up how to make a carne asada marinade. Grill beef. Add cilantro, onion, and lime. Guacamole optional, but I like it. Little bit of left over salsa.

So let's say I have a sandwich (Bread T and B, for top and bottom respectively), and I have an extra bit of bread in the middle. The T and the B make a sandwich. But What About the middle bread, M? Does it make a sandwich as M and B, or M and T? Does it count as a sandwich only with M and B, and T is a garnish, or is M and T a sandwich, and B is a garnish? Do I have 3 sandwiches by adding another piece of bread?

Alright folks I have some minced beef meat, just need to figure out what to do with it. I don't just want to cook all the same things all the time give me some good inspiration to do with it.
I would prefer it to be some kind of stew or something that will give good leftovers so It's better for my taste buds and moneybag.

so I bought some katsuobushi so I could make Dashi. Never made it before. However in Australia i can't seem to get Kombu. Can I just use MSG crystal's instead or is there something I can use as a substitute?

You could use a little MSG if that's all you can get. It won't be exactly right but you can probably make it work.

Remember when cooking dashi:
-when using Kombu make sure the water is hot, but NOT boiling. Boiling kombu tastes and smells like low tide. Awful.
-Use a fuckload of katsuobushi, but only for a short period of time before straining it out. 1-2 minutes.

Pic related is instant dashi. You might want to use that if you can't get konbu. It already contains bonito.

How the fuck do I find a real deli near me?
I've been wanting to buy in bulk from one for a while but I can't fuckin find any. Google just turns up 20 fucking restaurants with "deli" in their name THAT AREN'T ACTUAL DELIS. They make sandwiches and shit but they do not sell cut meat or cheese.

I live in the Midwest and every Northeasterner who moves out here goes on about how the first thing they had to do was find a real deli because apparently back home there's one on every corner and grocery store deli meat is apparently shit compared to fresh cut deli meat.

I didn't make friends with any of em. Have you met a Northeasterner?

The one I did stay in touch which moved back in under a year. But she did tell me where she finally found a good deli, and it's an hour and a half away from me. I'm not driving halfway across the state for deli meat.
