i would normally agree, but its not universal. i think vegetable stocks are better without tomato, but i think creaminess and tomato go together well

Had it a couple of times. It's really rich and satisfying, particularly if the cheese curds are fresh. Imagine a really good gravy you have with a meatloaf or roast beef, then drench some good crisp fries and globs of melty chewy cheese. Really freaking good, but goddam it loads you up for the rest of the day.
