If there is a little bit of burnt residue left over from a pan, only a very small amount not like what's shown in the image, but it's been through the dishwasher and completely soaped, is the pan still okay to use? I just cooked and ate something like this, am I going to get food poisoning? There was small specs of black on what I cooked.

>Hi guys, okay this might not be the best forum to ask this, but I can't get an answer more faster than this place, also it is related to food.
I need to know how to either poop this bad expired food quick
or how to make sure it doesn't get processed by my stomach, so the dead shit doesn't get into my blood stream.
I thought of drinking milk and water so to dissolve the acids in the stomach,
then that food will not get processed (and not get in my blood) and get pushed further so I can poop it
is that a good idea?

Acidic marinades for chicken breast skewers?
I want to make a marinade that is more sour/acidic/lemony so i tried using Dijon mustard/oliveoil/salt/lemon and some oregano but i barely taste it
Any idea how i can make it feel more acidic? Would leaving it longer in the marinade help?

You never specified how long you left it in there already, but my general rule is overnight. You see a lot of recipes that instruct you to marinade for 30 min or an hour, and that's just plain useless.
Also, don't forget that a better way of achieving the flavor you want may be a sauce or seasoning applied during cooking rather than a marinade.

Also, when I have some shit that's about to expire/rot, I google "potato, beet, pork chop recipe" or whatever the stuff is I want to use, and make something new. There's always a recipe that will incorporate everything.
