Good shit otherwise, thin the makeup around teh eyes, and add more longer feathers to your shoulders

please for the love of god glue down the forehead piece, it looks like its trying to get away from you.

You should get white contacts that make your pupils look really small. Also, get a lot more feathers that are long, and a lot of thick chains. Get fake earrings and more fake piercings on the chest/collar bone. Skinnier pants too with a non-cheap looking and shorter skirt-thing. Has potential but is otherwise lacking.
