Also on CoF I mentioned that they're purples, not blues. The sun was setting and messed with the lighting (pic related) And also the blouse is antique gold not brown/tan. Since everyone seems to hate it I might have to sell it. I also mentioned that I do have a petti underneath it, being plus size I already take up a lot of room and I didn't want to take up more with redonk poof, but I'm going to all more layers of tulle eventually.

As for the glasses it's hard to give suggestions as it all depends how they look on the face. These particular frames make your eyes look smaller and your face look larger which in not the effect you want to go for. Definitely try on a lot of styles to see what suits your face shape the best. For Lolita I would go with something toned down and classic. Trendy frames (cat eye or brightly coloured) tend to age badly and not work very well in lolita.

Regarding your hair, it's not just the wind supposedly blowing out the curls. It needs something more, some sort of hair accessory. In lolita, a level of polish is needed, in terms of tidiness. The blouse looks a fright because of the darker layer that you can see under it, I can't tell if it's the bodice of the jsk or a cami. Sheer or semi-sheer blouses are fine in lolita if worn under a jsk, they otherwise look messy very easily. While yes, it's harder to get the lolita silhouette to work beyond a cerain level of plus size, things need to be cut differently than for smaller sizes, and sometimes things such as shapewear, wearing a different sort of bra could help. I don't know if VF's sewng is at a good enough skill level to tailor to larger sizings. The cami's shape and colour combined with your large bust and the small distance between waistband and bottom of bust makes your boobs look rather saggy. Maybe some shapewear to lift your bust a bit might help? Nude undergarments, and/or opting for a less sheer blouse would help. Darker, more cream toned tights would possibly help the legwear issues.

The lipstick, sad to say, just isn't working. It's a cute shade, but with your complexion, I'd stick with a berry shade. I'd darken your eyeliner and use heavier mascara and fill in your eyebrows. I'd highlight your cheekbones and use a darker, berry-toned blush on the apples of your cheeks.

The glasses are difficult. I myself do not wear glasses, so I can't have much to say on the fashion aspect, but from further away the glasses look better.
