Aw man. I know people usually go to ACen and AMW who've gone to Exxotica before, but to have it on the same weekend and con space is lulzy.

The con's center's dealer hall is HUGE and they've put a partition on half of it to house the AA and dealers together. They're probably going to try to put two in separate parts of the exhibition hall.

Maybe this'll deter younger anime fans?

Exxotica is also not on the convention center's website (though since they just announced dates this could change).

I think the exhibition hall is big enough for both and there is a separate one as well. Either way make it quite an interesting atmosphere

Can you imagine people from one con walking into the other by mistake?
There was this small con (like probably less than 300 attendees) I went to that was in a hotel the same day as a weight loss seminar, we kept having confused people from that wander into the area where the con was

I hope something crazy happens at both events. I'm betting a bottle of Hennessey and a bottle of Jim Bean with a friend if something porn related happens involving both cons.

I'd be funny, but also, not surprising. The con center's held multiple events on the same date before. ACen is usually around prom season, so it's pretty expected to see high schoolers in dresses and tuxedos mingling with con-goers in rave gear. Weddings have been done as well as smaller exhibitions.

I wonder how big Exxxotica's audience pool is recently. I feel like it's a more popular event and that they'd have to move the dates around or something.
