I did this at a small local con with the grillfriend. Beating the shit out of each other was weirdly satisfying.

this sounds like something that is super fun that one person at one con will ruin with an injury or something

Been doing this at a big local con with a bunch of friends cosplaying Marvel characters. Was awesome, may upload a photo later on.

I am actually one of the rule enforcers for CFF. It is a boffer sport that has gotten alot of attention at the cons we go to. It is super fun but it is a play at your own risk game. There are simple rules for sportsmanship other then that any con I have worked with CFF I have not seen any major injuries. Go ahead and check us out on Facebook!!! Give us a like :)
