Here's some cute things on my wishlist!:
Korilakkuma Phone Case
Personal taste. I just thought the things were cute, tacky or not. I'm not going to use the backpack daily or anything it's just something on my list that I think would look cute around my room, calm down. I'm aware that I'm not a child.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-COMME-CA-ISM-Japanese-school-backpack-Randoseru-Made-in-Japan-/252238352691?hash=item3aba93d133:g:qzUAAOSwA4dWMzdm this is actually the cheapest one on eBay right now, I waded through the sea of backpack covers for you.
The real nice randoserus are made of leather, thus why they cost so much. Usually they're bought by your grandparents as a present for getting into elementary school. But yeah if you're just getting one for the looks/for cons, you don't need a really nice one like the one OP listed.
I only have makeup on my amazon wishlist right now but heres some links:
>tonymoly bunny perfume bar
>tonymoly bunny lip gloss
Cute! If you don't already have it and want more for the bunny theme cosmetics (for lack of a better term, lol) I have this and really love it! http://www.amazon.com/TONYMOLY-Pocket-Bunny-Mist-Moist/dp/B00J54JHHE
I have that in there as well!
For anybody that doesn't like bunnies but likes cats here's some more makeup stuff (I've ordered both):
>tonymoly cats wink powder
>etude house cat headband
Plain Strawberry Sweatshirt
Strawberry harness and leash for kawaii animal lovers
Lolitas love 'em, and so do fairy-kei. They work perfectly with otome.
Plus they look like a designer backpack in the west. I get compliments for mine on a regular basis from people with no knowledge of what ranodseru is. Most Japs I've met have thought it's cute, and one of them called it a 'national symbol of Japan LOL'.
Also the space in it is big enough to hold a sketchbook, drawing things, tablet, gaming console, purse, etc. All of it at the same time.
RANDOSERU MASTER RACE.
Also, no back pain. They're made to be stuffed with books(Aka nerd shit) and not hurt your back, unlike stylish leather bags like Cambridge satchels(Which are adorable, but made my back hurt like heck).
>instax camera purse
>milk carton purse
>strawberry house for cat or small dog
>rilakkuma key covers
>bow wallet, lots of colors
>jellyfish bath light
>cheap cute bunny earmuffs
The clarino ones are really good though, they'll last you a while if you put a randoseru cover on or use them only for cons. They won't 'age' nicely looks-wise, but they can take rain and are lighter than a leather randoseru, I've had mine for about a year, it still looks like new save one or two small scratches.
How's the quality? Not trying to hog the sale from the other anon; I'm just curious if I could find a red randoseru on Taobao cheaper than on eBay/Amazon. But it'll probably equal out with shipping.
I had a giftcard and some cashback bonuses I needed to spend. So I bought some etude, tonymoly, and a few cute cases. I'm a little nervous about ordering from Amazon, I typically only ever order books.
When it arrives could you give links and a quick review? Not necessarily of the product itself, but if the item was fake, if the sellers were good, etc. I've been eyeing the mushrooms and the eye stick for a while and have an Amazon giftcard I need to spend, but I don't want to get something from a bad seller.
>makeup being fake
Yep, exactly why I'm nervous anon. I usually buy from a trusted seller from ebay, but with amazon it's such a crapshoot especially with foreign cosmetics.
I'll give you the links now preemptively. I only bought from sources with reviews:
>Rose Contact Case
>Dolly Fairy Ribbon Three Level False Eyelash Case Container
>TONYMOLY Pandas Dream So Cool Eye Stick
>CJB 7 Pcs Professional Pink Hello Kitty Soft Makeup Brush Set
>[Etude House] Princess Makeup Table
>TONYMOLY Petite Bunny Gloss Bar
>Etude House Secret Beam Highlighter
>TonyMoly - Strawberry Mushroom Sugar Scrub
No mention of fakes, but you never know if the clientele could tell the difference. Some packages aren't due to arrive until March at the latest, but I'll update as they come in.
I recently got this last week and I love it. The sleeves are made of a very soft quilt material and the regular jersey is a super soft cotton. The hood is also in the same quilt materials as the sleeves. I wish it came in a different background color, like a pale pink instead of blue, but I still love the hell out of it. This does run small like all the other reviews. I wear a L in sweatshirt, but had to purchase a XX-Large for this and it first perfectly with it being a slightly big baggy.
>>TonyMoly - Strawberry Mushroom Sugar Scrub
I would never spend this much money on a sugar scrub or any sugar scrub for that matter. Waste of money. You can make your own and you know the items in it will be fresh, not bottled.
Hello, I'm in big need of a peach body spray, preferably from a korean/chinese/japanese company. I usually like how asia deals with the fragrance of peach because I like things that smell sweet and just like the fruit. When I searched for a peach spray here in america I couldn't find any that I liked and I tried the bath and body works but they smelled too much like..perfume. I tried the Etude's peach bijou spray but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. If anyone could help me I'll really appreciate it, any recommendation is fine.
Dude. Randoseru are for school children. They're sold in the children's section, never the adults.
You can take a clue that all adult fashions across all brands don't make randoseru for adults. Ever. Not even talking about lolita fashion, you can head over to Isetan's online shop and check out every single adult clothing brand yourself. None of them make randoseru.
I think we can just equate them to those Dora the Explorer types bags. Some adults wear those too, for fashion. I wouldn't be surprised to see them on the runway, but I don't think they're the norm and those backpacks are usually not sold in typical adult clothing stores.
OP's pic is specifically a randoseru, not a backpack.
Don't go spreading misinformation just because you can't tell the difference between the two, and especially don't go making up facts about places you've never been.
Ay bro, I responded to someone who did the equivalent of saying "go to America and wear children's clothing in the streets! They sell ageplay clothes on etsy, surely nobody will give you weird looks and shun you!"
it's not nearly as big of a deal as you may believe it is.
also, wearing a child's backpack =/= wearing fetish clothing
Dumping some shit I own
>Anime eyes shirt + skirt
>I'm Eggcellent hat (I also have dipper's hat and clem's hat)
>cute hello Kitty purse (got this since I needed a con bag, its spacious and holds all my friends electronics just fine)
>etude house three in one makeup (HOLY SHIT THIS SMELLS SO NICE)
>sparkle tear eye liner
>Spirit gum and remover
I get shit from amazon all the time, every time I see my grandparents they give me amazon giftcards.. its weird.
so this thread is great.
I posted this in the mail thread but I just noticed this so I thought I'd post it here too.
Don't forget to check out the brand/seller's page, too, because there's other similar bags in different colors and styles! I just got in the mail the other day and it's a pretty good deal for $35.
boy lolita, actually cares about the fashion
generally looks nice
just a crossdressing boy in lolita
improves over time
gets off to dressing like a little girl
doesnt care about the fashion. $200 dress vs milanoo horror? doesnt matter, either will turn him on
looks like shit despite how many years they've been in the fashion
>No mention of fakes, but you never know if the clientele could tell the difference
A lot of them can't tell the difference between a mop and a wig. My aunt always whines about how I'm going to ruin my skin with my shitty Korean cosmetics because she once bought some face cream (EH I think, she liked the packaging) and it was an expired fake. Obviously, she used it, because she smart, and it screwed up her skin, as anyone with half a brain could have guessed.
People- particularly teens whose normalfag parents are suspicious of online purchases- seem to think that ebay=fake and amazon=100% genuine all the time. They're not the sort of people who read reviews, look up the items on other sites to see if they look like the legit thing, or care if they get a shitty product because 'lol Asia is crap anyways lol'.
Holy shit this. I'd never buy from an untrusted seller on any site, and I've only ever bought from reputable sellers like Sasa, Yesstyle and RubyRubyShop/BNK, and that was only after I'd read all the reviews and googled for days. I really like AsianBeauty on Reddit for their list of Amazon/eBay sellers and a huge database of information about skincare, BB cream shades and swatches etc. Just ignore the occasional preachy post and hauls hauls hauls.
But no matter what everyone always asks me if x product is 'safe' just because I bought it off the web and it's Asian (which equals Chinese fakes, because arr rook same). They won't even buy Japanese cosmetics when they go on holiday because Western is better, and everything ruins your skin unless it's Chanel or all natural organic :)
How's the quality in general? I need a cute smaller bag for everyday use and I don't really trust Amazon reviews, half the time they're a random number of stars because it was a gift or the review just says 'it was cute'.
Will be posting reviews when received-
