Anyway; primer/final seal, grease based body paint (rub on one layer and then dab on the second), loose translucent sealing powder/baby powder in copious amounts (just pour it on, pat it in and brush it off), final seal.
If you sweat through that I don't even want to know.

There's a thing as non water based paint where it will not come off u less you use alcohol or the activator. It's more expensive but worth it

Lose weight. Helps you not sweat when standing around like normal people

Use ben nye make up and use their sealing spray and powder, I have dark skin and it seals well, covers my skin and it looks smooth, it will work if you apply it properly and seal it well. Do not cake on you make up in one area. that's my best advice anon

I know what character you're cosplaying, and there is no reason for you to wear such a heavy sweater that you start sweating balls in the dead of winter. Fix your cosplay, then fix your paint because there is no way ben nye or a quality waterbased would slide off from a little sweat. You're probably using halloween tier garbage or snazaroo.
