Your second gift just passed security check in your country. I don't know about the status of your first one since the tracking number they provided doesn't work. If you receive a package with something rabbit-themed with no gift ID (next to your name), please post because that's mine and I can provide one.
JM from QC your gift will be sent on Monday with tracking. My local post office is closed today so apologies for the delay!

It's alright! I'm delayed on sending my cards as well. I ran out of shipping labels and the ones I ordered get delivered today.

What should i use to create metal like objects that is solid and lightweight but has a bit of weight to it?
I have considered foam but i feel like it might not be solid enough.
>>9423844
Also what is a lightweight material i can use to fill a hollow plastic sword?

package from WW is marked as delivered to "Front Desk/Reception"
I live in a house, with it's own mailbox. No package to be found anywhere. This was my first order from them too...

Maybe it's at the post office, like it's a mis translation?
An opposite to a near easy cosplays thread. Let's make a thread about nearly impossible characters for cosplay, which requires a godlike craftmanship or a thousand kilometers of sewing.
I'd like not to discuss Sakizou here, because personally I find her designs not very hard but just very detailed.
Picrelated is Laughing Octopus from metal gear series.
>>9420347
Augh. I love Laughing Octopus's design and have always wanted to do this costume, but it'd be impossible to do properly.
If only she had legs that functioned as legs
>>9420368
Me too, anon! I like to guess, how it could be possible to solve difficult cosplay technical issues, and for Laughing Octopus I thought about good quality EVA head part with a strong wire base and a transparent high platform for legs, the only way to pretend you're flying.

Let's have a Jfashion game thread to celebrate.
>What games are you playing currently?
>Any new cute dress up games?
>What's your favourite out of the Style Savvy series?
>If you could make a Jfashion game, what would it be about? What would make it different?
>>9417807
I didn't think it could be real, but I did get my hopes up for half a second. You're an asshole.
I still play lineplay every day because I won cash from a contest and the gem wheel jackpot twice. Don't care

not even funny. there's better ways to celebrate april fools.

Can you post the original Japanese version?
Shitty south texas events?
Pictured is a fucking guest for a recent "mini con".
Whats the problem here? The costume looks fine.
Her costume's not terrible but it's definitely not good enough to have her as a guest anywhere. That's some shitty photography too.
>>9412616
>not terrible
Not terrible? It's almost perfectly accurate to the OG pink ranger costume. It's phenomenal.

Taobao Thread
Whats your opinion on taobao dresses and other lolita items?
There's a Taobao thread already. Unless you're trying to talk about Taobao/offbrand Lolita specifically?
>>9411046
I get what they're going for, the other taobao thread is junk. A taobao lolita only thread would be nice
Any recs for brands with extremely high quality lace that make Baby wedding dress style classic looks? I've seen a few that looked like it in the new release announcement but in the actual photos look terrible and cheap
It really depends on where you get it, but I've had good experiences with most taobao brands so far. The only things I haven't bought yet are shoes.
Cosplay Deviants is pumping out some pretty bad ones.
Old one at limit. >>9398413
There's no such thing as bad cosplay. As long as the cosplayer had fun, then they accomplished the end-goal of cosplay.
>>9410417
>there's no such thing as a bad cosplay/painting/song/sculpture. All art is subjective. No one can ever criticize anything.
This kind of opinion is really dismissive of art and artistic skill in general and is just downright ignorant. (Oops I took the bait)
>>9410380
Her cosplay is fine, she's just fat.

Seeing a good # of artists posting their pre-AB self-advertisements
advertising the stickers they will be selling
at a convention that clearly says stickers are not allowed, period
How can I be the biggest bitch and get these people in trouble for blatantly disregarding rules?
>>9410364
>at a convention that clearly says stickers are not allowed, period
wait, what? Have conventions started to ban stickers???
>>9410550
There was a rash of attendees buying stickers and sticking them all over the walls, floors, doors, etc. Basically a small handful of assholes ruined it for everyone else
Where the idols at? Anyone planning a BanG Dream! cosplay with the game out? I'm loving Pastel*Palettes!
Three of the girls have Flower Bouquet cosplay listings on Aliexpress, so I'm keeping my eyes peeled for Taobao listings for Nico in the next couple weeks!

I know this probably sounds terrible but thinking of someone using a guitar as just a prop like that makes me incredibly worried about the guitar. Who did they get it from? Are they borrowing it? What's going to happen to the poor thing when they're done with it? Are they just going to keep it stuffed away in a closet without a case in a room not temperature and humidity controlled? It just makes me feel terrible thinking about an instrument like that. All instruments deserve to be played and cherished, not just used as a prop once and then resigned to a life of uselessness. I hope maybe they picked it up a bit or resold it to be used by someone again. Is this irrational to think? Has anyone who's used an instrument as a cosplay prop have stories of what they did with it after? I'm sad now.
>>9411136
OP's picture is very specific to the character and the cosplayer probably rented it from a music store.
