Just got charged for the US S2 DVD Box Set. Should be here by next week, I think, unless they shipped it today. It apparently includes subs for the commentary episodes as well. Hopefully the wait for those will be over soon.

Meh, I don't like that they keep the "Promise" in there from the show. That really should be left out of all fan-fics, doujis, etc. Because it wasn't even suppose to be in the show in the first place. Just censorship crap. I just mark that out of my canon and go with the truth which is that they do just stay together.

I think you're kind of forgetting the importance the promise has from a plot perspective. It makes sense since Kirino has always been self sacrificial with her feelings for Kyousuke. I like the way it ended, the only thing that sucked about it is that it had to be implied that they stay together rather than stated.
