I need some help here.
how much initial capital do I need to have to invest to get 500-700 USD montly passive income?
that would be like my life goal now.
assuming a constant 10% ROI which is possible.. something along the lines of 90,000%
Ofcourse, dont spend all the profits, you have to re-invest some to offset inflation

I meant $90,000
I'd use a 5-8% annualized return to calculate it.

Here you go OP. I've done this before, and I'll do it again...
PHK has a monthly dividend of $.10346 a share, which is an insanely high 13.57%. So it would take 4833 shares * $.10346 to get 500 bucks a month. At close today, the price was $9.15 a share, so 4833 shares * $9.15 is a bargain at $44,222. Not bad, eh?

You can't start from $0. I think $1,000 is a standard account minimum. Some are $10,000.
If you start with $1,000 and contributed $100 a month into VOO, you would have $12,636 right now if you started in 2011.
If you started with SPY in 1994, you would have $99,516 right now averaging a little over 8% a year.
if you are playing in USA^ stock markets, my personal target is 100-400% increase per' year(rest is just a bonus)
so just ,make your calculation on that

MEMP pays 22% and $0.54 a share right now.
I think it's gonna go up. Got some big volume buyers in and just waiting for a churn before I buy more shares.

Oooh, PIMCO revolves around toxic junk bonds and mortgage loan baskets. Now is not a good time. Never is a good time.

Yeah, I know. That's why I'm only holding 100 shares of PHK.
I like more stable dividend stocks like VZ, GM, GE or M. But I wanted to help this guy dream on a budget :3

>MEMP
reminds me of LTS(lightstream resources) MASSIVE DILUTION. Basically went to Zero for shareholders.
Guys opinions on ETFs/DIRPS versus forex?
