I'm starting one soon and it looks like the costs are gonna add up pretty quickly, shipping, storage, insurance, packaging, manufacturing, manual handling, it leaving me little room for profit. I need to know how to increase my profit margin without going 100% Jew on my customers

The issue with ecommerce is that there is no barrier to entry, anyone can do it, so the margins are razor thin
