Is kanye a marketing genius?

It's not a marketing strategy but more so an appearance thing. Follow the course of his albums, the college dropout, yeezus, and now this as a suffering thing if you're trying to see it in a religious light now that he has a kid and is likening it to gospel scenes. Kanye isn't smart, but more so really self-aware, especially with all the world's eyes on him, even if they're rolling in the other direction. Even Kim, despite how disgusting her family is, is just a fat-assed trophy wife. He probably sees himself against the world right now and is trying to promote what could be called depth to his celebrity character. Remember their sense of personality and livelihood is a lot different then ours. But "debt" is a loose term for the highly rich. Many rich people take out huge loans of cash and pay back in assets or, like in Kanye's case, can just set out to perform a few tours and sell his old shit to compensate for.
