Nah, two things to do with 1k.

evade shit credit and get a good mortgage (1k isnt really enough)

5-8 grand is enough for one year/ 24 credits of community college, if you could neet it up for that long and get a 3.6 you could transfer to a uni on a loan, preferably for a career with good internships

Penny stocks would be better, you want to get your stack to the point where a 5% gain gets you paid.

Its basically gambling. Look for a stock that rises 25%+ and has momentum and throw it in and check. Its a feel thing but if it feels like the momo is done then exit ASAP and keep your gains. Do this every 3 days.

If you are lucky, you can find shit like TPAC that went from 0.0008 to 0.0060 over a couple weeks, do your due diligence (research on IHUB) while waiting to sell your shit and make certain it could be worth holding on too.

You can then invest in multiple stocks with 1K shots for more action. Also keeps risk low.

With some luck you could get 25K over many many months (might take a whole year), go up to 30K though for cushion.

Now you can invest like a big boy and try to play plays. There are no guarantees though, work hard and treat it like a job and have balls to just enter in something and get your finger on the sell button because no stop losses in the pennies.

Instead of trying to do something you almost certainly will fail at since you know nothing of it and have no capital, why not just buy some cheap items to sell and hustle hard and make the $1k into $3k and so on?
