if you want know how to move ETH and money around using kraken then:

when logged in and looking at your account page you should see Trade, Funding, security... etc. tabs, click on funding.

in this mode you can deposit/withdraw money/memcoins such as $ or BTC/ETH into your Kraken account which you can then use for trading.

To move around ETH you can either use command prompt (complicated-ish) or myetherwallet.com: https://www.myetherwallet.com/#send-transaction

you should try and keep one ETH wallet as you perma wallet (i recommend using mytherwallet to create this wallet since it's easier)

those markets are illiquid as fuck. to work out prices in dollars, euros, pounds you look at btc price and then convert from BTC to pounds etc.
