Let's say you're 25 y/o with a STEM associate degree and 20k in debt making 25k month and spending 12k/y in rent.
How would your personal financial plan look like.
>Would like to buy a million dollar house on the hills one day.
Will not happen. Once you do the math even a 300k house is a tremendous life goal taking decades on double that salary.
I'd start by killing myself to cut the cost of living. But in all seriousness treat applying for jobs like it's a full time job.
>No family nearby
Then move to where your family is.
You aren't trying to be stupid on purpose are you?
>inb4 b-but muh independence/ company loyalties/ etc.
You earn with an associate degree what is capable with some overtime at a minimum wage job.
>After 2 years pay will be ~50k/y
In two years of living with mom earning 25/k you could pay your way to a BS or some extra certs and pay off your debt.
Having a BS and existing experience could easily net you the same thing.
>I'm assuming 25K after taxes since you didn't answer that
well your expenses are fucking 24K, are you asking how to spend 1K over the course of a year? It will easily get eaten up with gas, entertainment, etc.
I guess you could take out loans and save the 9k for other stuff, beyond that I have no clue what the fuck you even are asking advice on
