How do I learn how my competitors' businesses are organized? What's the easiest way to perform competitor analysis?

Most people gloat their supremacy on linked in, trade magazines, case study illustrating how x vendors technology solved this problem for competitor comp. Just reading that shit is the easiest way.
Other options are you know espionage and stuff.
Depends on the business type. I applied for a job with one of my competitors and got hired. I studied everything that I was permitted access to.
They ended up becoming one of my clients and subbing work out to us in the end because the owner was a good dude. It helped me to structure my newly formed business to give me an advantage though.
