i am 25, with 90K$, dont have education
i want to immigrate and go to collage major finance or accounting,i have 3 choices
1.Study in Australia for 3 years for 75K AUS
2.study in Canada for 4 years for 60K CAD
3.study in the usa for 4 years for 70K$
what is the best choice biz?

i dont think i can go to a great school becus its cost 2 much.
but my plan is study in a average uni/collage and finish at the top of the class.
