I'm 20 years old. I want to buy a house in 4-5 years. This past year, I've saved $10k and put $320 into retirement every month.

What do I do to get there? Also:

By the time my enlistment ends I'll have at least $40k saved up unless I contribute more to my TSP.

What do I do to reach my goal? What else can I do financially?

Do you do your banking with usaa? If so you'll have an easy time buying a house as long as you save up. They also have great investing tools and good savings plans.

Sounds good man. Just stick to the plan and don't do anything stupid like buy a car. You should be able to take another 10k out without penalty from your retirement plan to go towards a down payment if you need to. I wouldn't feel too guilty about it because your home is still part of your retirement plan.
