How many hours a day do the superior specimen on this board sleep?

I simply don't have enough time work full time and study/read/improve as much as I want... I feel too sluggish, how do I become hyper/energetic all the time?

Hoping the 80h/week analysts will chip in...

sleep 8 hours (anything else is just a meme), do cardio

For me, it's more important when I get up rather than how long I sleep. For example I feel more tired if I have to get up at 5AM and slept for 8 hours than if I slept for 5 1/2 hours but get up at 9AM

Time management dude. Meal prep, groceries every two weeks, laundry while cleaning, basically make the most of you downtime.

Also get cardio/strength training in. That shit will make you sleep for sure.

i feel the less i sleep the more energetic i am.
i sleep only 5-6 hrs don't drink coffee when i wake up.
about one day every 2 weeks i get really tired and just sleep really hard that night.

you sleep too much OP you are over sleeping, by the time your body is almost fully awake its probably time for you to relax.

i had this problem when i would sleep 8 hrs then go to work, by the time my body was awake it was lunch time then i would get sluggish again.
