If I happen to match the first 5 numbers of the Mega Millions or Powerball and am left with $500k after taxes, what is the best way to have to money managed so that it can grow steadily, while also give me enough passive income to live a simple NEET life?

I could do it easily, but I don't think you could without a lot more knowledge. Obviously a 4 fund portfolio, maxing retirement contributions, but the most important is probably living really cheap.
