I can't into success if I can't into getting out of bed before 8AM. Give me your no-fail ways to get motivated to get up way early so that I may have a productive morning.

Go to bed early. Like 9pm. Take melatonin at 8:30 and you'll be ready to sleep at 9. Get up at 6:30 and put on some coffee. Better yet, set your coffee machine to start automatically to help get you out of bed.
