>Either next Friday or the Friday after, the SEC will halt trading of Chevron (NYSE:CVX) as it begins its investigation.
>1. Check whether or not Chevron has been offsetting it's incredibly high losses in subsidiary companies to pump out higher profits.
>2. Check whether they are taking on high interest debt off the books through bribing banking officials in Thailand to do so.
>3. They write off this 'expense' as exploration and production costs, again in their Thailand and Nigerian exploration subsidiaries.
This is the perfect way of making money, short the stock fuckers. Thank me later as it drops 30% - 40%, maybe ZERO.
They're real net income:
IS CLOSER TO $860MM or 22X LESS THAN WHAT HAS BEEN REPORTED.
The implications this will have on the economy is huge.
>1. Congress won't bail out the oil companies and cut their cash cow
>2. Oil companies will go under without the USA's free money system
>3. The ones who do survive will pump the oil price back up as they establish a cartel
>4. Millions of people lose their jobs, the economy is back to 2008
Literal happening REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I'm also pissed off that I lost my internship at Earnest Young, I've had one two many pints and shitposting. I don't know if it's illegal or not so

Intern at EY.. has access to ridiculous confidential information about a major company.
You just shorted the hell out of it, crossed your fingers and now you want to get a bunch of NEETs to help hedge your bet.
Either way, screen capped for later comparisons. WAIT IBVE HAD [email protected]@ MNAY PINT HOW TO SCEEWNCAP
Chevron is in the process of commissioning gorgon and Wheatstone. They're about to fire up the largest lng plants in the world.
Best mate is chemical engineer working on Wheatstone. If chevron was in that much trouble, word would have started to trickle down by now
>bribing banking officials in Thailand
This is how you can tell it is bullshit.
Thailand and Nigeria don't have the GDP to even absorb the loses we are talking about, yet alone make some scheme
If this is true, is this now public information having been posted to an internet Chinese Pedophile Grooming Exchange?
Or will I be charged with insider trading when I buy $30K in OTM put options tomorrow?
>If this is true, is this now public information having been posted to an internet Chinese Pedophile Grooming Exchange?
No, it is a leak.
>Or will I be charged with insider trading when I buy $30K in OTM put options tomorrow?
The sec may reverse the trade, but you wouldn't be charged
>m8, what the fuck are you doing?
So? I have my savings in XOM
tempted to buy. I've bought a couple stocks where sec threw a fit but it was just fucked papers and once they were filed right the stock jumped well. but oil's gonna be down for awhile and I have no extra funds to slide so I'm not going to buy soon
it's not way-stupid. oil companies operate on long cycles, have 25-year plans and pay regular dividends. it's smart to buy into them when they're unpopular and just reinvest. people have gotten rich off of that. only reasons why I'm not doing that is because I think it could go lower over the year and I've thrown my investment money into other things.
I saw this post yesterday and have been thinking about it.
OP probably does believe its true but I think the world powers are getting together for a war to raise oil costs and burn as much supply as possible
obvious false flag from some jackass who wants to buy in at a certain price so he can rip off some morons on 4chan
fuck off you shit stain
