Looking to start by selling on amazon with low margins on things like cheap books but i looked at fees for FBA and theyre like 1.50$/ item.. what happens if I sell something for less than 1.50?

You can't make FBA work with items priced at less than $10. Just do merchant fulfilled or get a better product for FBA. I suggest grocery items, jewelry, health and beauty products, or possibly clothing.

FBA is a ripoff. Storage fees, picking fees, selling fees, fees to return unsolds, etc. I read sellers are paying 40% or more in total fees.
