Hey /biz/,
My qt3.14 girlfriend is hot but dumb. She threw away one of my two W-2 forms. Is there a way I can fudge it. I seriously have zero desire to call the employer and tell them I need a replacement.

>Don't want to ask ex-employer for something they are legally required to give you. commit tax fraud instead to save face.
It seems like neither of you are very smart, desu senpai.
>there are people so impoverished that their companies don't provide W2's online
I don't think I've seen a paper copy of a tax form in my entire life

? That doesn't make sense. How does a paper w-2 make one impoverished? How does an online W-2 make one not impoverished? Almost all tax software has the option to do paper, online or both.
OP you NEED to get that W-2. They send one to the IRS too so they know exactly what the numbers should be and will cross check it with what you submit on your 1040.
However if you made less than say 40k they may decide it's not worth their time to audit you, but that's taking a very silly risk.

Yeah, it's just your girl who's dumb

>Hey, I still haven't received that w2 you said you sent. We've had some issues with our mail getting lost in the past, could I come down and pick up a paper copy?

That was my initial thought, but it came with some other documentation that I have signed and returned. I think I might be backed into a corner on this one and might have to just shoot straight on this one
