I'm doing a stock project for school it's a contest I have 50,000$ and can pick 3 stocks (they have to be above 5$) any advice (I was thinking PLAY,ATVI,AMZN)

WY--once the CAD settles and housing improves, theyll see a huge bump
Shell--good dividend yields, and theyll get a bump when oil settles.

Strategy if aiming for 1st place:
Pick one and only one stock. Diversification will only make your return regress to the mean.
Pick a very volatile stock.
Big chances to either lose or win big.

this is the game. i did the same thing in highschool. people were praised for doing shit you should never do with real money.
short sdrl? i think that's what id do with all of it for the next few months. could be up a 3rd and you'd be shorting, which is cool compared to the other fags in your class.
