Ive been trying to sell page rentals to local companies who have shitty seo/Internet presence in general. I'm not a good sales man though, so while everything is ranked and my biz is set up I can't make sales

Small enterprises make the worst customers.

Most of the time they are incredibly price-conscious because any non-trivial expense will be felt by everyone in the company - including the management.

On the other hand if you do manage to land one as a customer, the order will generally be worth less than the time you spent acquiring them.

My advice is to never actively target businesses that have less than 20 employees.

I've been targeting private practice doctors.

It makes sense because my site generateso about about 30 visitors per month. They rent the page and that's a lot of people specifically looking for their super niche surgery and each surgery costs over 5k. My rental price is only 50/mo or 600/yr.

If they get one customer from it they pay back the advertising for the year plus some. I see these same people advertising on billboards which run thousands.

How do you get into selling to large businesses?

I'm a pro seo and work with big and small companies over the past 16 years I've made some reasonable cash selling of the moment products through affiliate programs. if the seo is strong and your agile enough to beat the big brands to the market you can win big. next for me is vr apps and hardware
