My first boss (metro pcs) was fucking retarded. His family owns many businesses in the sacramento region. Metro pcs was like a starter business for him since his family usually brings in the big bucks through car dealerships. Anyway, our ASR comes and tells us of a new program that will boost the stores popularity. (This location was in a higher income area so most people can afford better providers than metro). Basically we were going to upgrade our computers in order to become a tmobile/metro hybrid store. Our ASR explicitly told us to upgrade the internet because it would not be able to handle the workload with our current shitty internet. You know what this fuckboys solution was? Change the wifi code so we couldnt use the internet in store. I shit you not. Our ASR comes back fucking livid and tells us at the least we could upgrade our computers. Instead muhammad decides to fucking buy some even shittier computers (but hey theyre a year newer) and tries to use the same power cables for the tower. Of course it didnt work. Last i've heard from an old dm is that they're in deep shit with the government since they were charging taxes off of the promotional prices and not the original price.

I wouldn't even know which retarded boss to start with. I don't know what it is but somehow people who can barely operate a PC, let alone program one, are always put in charge of programmers. They never understand how the system works, potential threats, potential improvements, etc. So they either drown programmers in busy work (meetings, reports, meetings, coping with bugs instead of fixing them, meetings, reports, etc) or leave them totally idle until they decide to be "concerned" about somebody's lack of productivity.
