the base rate in 17.87 and they have something called an engineered labor standard so for every minute of production time i do beyond 420 minutes i get .35 cents. So if i do 500 minutes every day ill be making 170 per day witch is about 20 per hour

i don't get why everyone complains about how hard it is to get jobs. I literally applied for this 3 days ago and got hired today. Ive got close to no work experience and no college. Ill be making 40k + a year with full benefits 401k and a small 3% pension.
