Interest rates have been really low since 2008 and you can just check out the amount of debt there is and how much it has grown in 2000-2008 vs. 2008-2016. I'm too lazy to give you sources, just google IMF debt dubble after 2008 or some shit

No, the DJIA is steady. A lot of managed stocks are doing well like FANG stocks I don't see any indication of a "bubble." quantitative easing has been commonplace since the 1980's and things have been fine.
