Going to try open a massage parlour in the UK
Why should I find the girls? I need at least two, Also should I pay them commission over hourly pay to give them a incentive to work harder and save money?
Rent will be £11000 per year
Massage will be around
£25 for 30 mins
£45 for one hour
They are not set in stone and I will offer quite a few over services and deals
I will operated from 12pm till 3am so I'm looking to run it around the clock, I want to catch the drunks late at night who feel rowdy and willing to spend.
They will be "Extras" and I hope we can make quite a bit of money that way.
Any tips and advice would be great
>Also should I pay them commission over hourly pay to give them a incentive to work harder and save money?
I think you have it backwards, anon. The problem is that the girls will be the ones getting the 'tips' and it's better if you can claim ignorance as to what goes on. It would be better to have them paid the legal minimum and they pocket all 'tips' except for an 'hourly rental agreement (not necessarily the same as the regular house fee)'.
>recording a criminal enterprise
That's where the rental agreement comes in. It's a separate fee you levy against your employee for the bed, the room, any cleaning fees etc... You decide the fee. Employ the girls as independent contractors as well to minimize any obligations and the need for record keeping.
Okay I will definitely look into it
So they keep their 'extra' money but charge rental fee okay
But why should I pay them hourly I don't have much money to start with I'd prefer to be commission for the first few months until I settle in
I think what you don't understand is that the girls run the business. They make the money & the keep the clients coming back. You're the cuck with a building. The cuck isn't running the show. You get what they give you & you take it, cuck.
you should probably figure out exactly how other businesses work in this area
aren't the girls self employed essentially?
I doubt very much there is hourly pay - more like they either make whatever they can and pay you a flat rate per day to work there (like a strip club owner)
or you'll take a cut from each customer they service (like an escort agency)
doubt very much it is 50/50 in this business....
will be more like the 20/80 scenario if the girls are genuinely independent and not imported sex slaves with you holding onto their passport
OP will need to expand and have a few girls working at the same time... keep the place open for long hours etc... and employ a trustworthy receptionist - you'd need security cameras, you'd need to log the number of customers daily... potentially all employees could steal from you and certainly will if given the chance
OP, I'm a masseur. Margins are nothing like what you're imagining in this business because the location doesn't have much value added. If you try to take 50% all that will happen is that your highest earners will build up a base of regulars, then quit and massage them in their homes while telling all their friends from massage school what a douche you are.
Offer the workers 75% and be prepared to go lower if they are bringing in clients. You're just a marketing agency.
Pretty much this. Varies by location.
I am a masseur as well. Hourly at a spa. I get $15/hr plus I keep tips. Spa charges ~100-120/hr. Since I am hourly, I get paid even if I'm not giving massages.
Since we cater to actual clients and are located in a resort with a golf course, there are no rub and tugs doing down. So I can't say anything about that except that even if one of your masseuses offers someone a rub and tug and gets busted, you're going down too.
Not sure how any of this works in the UK.
Out of all the businesses you could start, why the fuck do you want to do a happy ending massage parlor
Huge waste of a building
Start a mental health clinic. Hire one psych and a bunch of cheap interns from the nearest med school. If you rubber stamp Rxes and unemployment benefit applications, word of mouth alone will overwhelm you.
>Energy at its cheapest in decades
>"Businessmen" in suits trying to convince us this is bad
it´s not legal in the UK dude... I know as I visited many hookers and prostitutes in London during the years.
It´s only tolerated when you have 1 girl working there giving genuine massages to man and woman (meaning no sexual activity, just massage) otherwise your business will be closed pretty quickly by the local council/police.
Also 25 is a joke, no girl is going to work for that money ... Cheapest I ever had was 35 pound for 15 minutes and that was some fat old hambeast..
also trust me you don´t want to have no drunks around your place as they will beat women, shout in the street, piss in front of your door etc,,
And late at night is went all the mad crazy people come alive (they sleep during daytime) you don´t to have them around either.
In london it´s easier to sell crack and heroin openly from your living room than opening a massage parlor... trust me.
With places like adultworks and viva street on the internet this is a shitty idea these days.
Girls can either use their own houses or go get a cheap house or flat with friends to do this on the side.
Ive also herd of a load of them just renting out penthouse apartments or even hotel rooms for the weekend.
If there are a couple of them they would only need to start of with like £2-300 each for the month if they rented a house, then they could even claim benefits to get the hosue paid for.
then advertise on the internet.
Why do they need you ?
they don´t rent a house in a lot of cases (again I have seen this more than once) their pimp is usually also involved in other shady businesses and or loan sharking etc..
They say to someone who got loads of debts.. we are going to use your house for our business now because you didn´t pay us. They let girls working in that property (and do drug dealing from the same place etc etc) .. As soon they get notice of police investigation they are gone from one moment to another leaving the property totally trashed behind...
