I am a masseur as well. Hourly at a spa. I get $15/hr plus I keep tips. Spa charges ~100-120/hr. Since I am hourly, I get paid even if I'm not giving massages.

Since we cater to actual clients and are located in a resort with a golf course, there are no rub and tugs doing down. So I can't say anything about that except that even if one of your masseuses offers someone a rub and tug and gets busted, you're going down too.

Not sure how any of this works in the UK.
