Anyone here in a HR department?
Thinking about careers and figured /biz/ would be honest about what it's like/if it pays well/whether it's a sack of shit ect ect

It should take 1 person to do what they have over 30 for.
The come up with bullshit that will make you understand Michael Scott's character or Office Space. It's 90% women which immediately lets you know it will be a fucking nightmare. Other than being sectaries who are useful for the occasional admin task (check stubs for a mortgage, changing insurance coverage) they can't help with any real work.
HR is just awful I can't imagine wanting to do it. Guys I see in it like bottom of the barrel business school who couldn't find anything else and clearly partied too much but now have to pay rent. Or they're fags, aka basically another woman.

I keked myself. Spot on.
Hr people are the scum of the earth. Too fucking lazy to actually do a job and they don't even possess the skills required to do the job most the time, how the fuck can they decide whether you are or are not a good investment.
HR PEOPLE ARE CUNTS.
I don't even bother meeting them anymore, instead I try to get in contact with a higher up and try to hired.
