Sup /biz/ IT freelancer here and owner of some websites that generate me some revenue , quick question :

Since it't winter, my testosterone levels are quite low , dealing with overdue deadlines, server downtimes and general issues has become harder and I feel the stress even more.

I reached to a point where I need the hug of a gf/wife at night.

I'm thinking to buy ZMA to get my testosterone levels back , but since it's my first time taking suppliments I was wondering If you can reccomend me something better.

Unless you're lacking zinc and magnesium it doesn't do shit... If you want to raise your test levels without wasting money on silly memes that do nothing then use 250-500mg test-e per week.
