Hello /biz/
After a strange and turbulent ride these past few years, I've come to the conclusion I that I want to enter the magical world of business and investing. I won't bore you with a TL:DR story on how I came to this conclusion, I'm sure you've read plenty of those. I'll just give you the bottom line; Apart from a couple of personal finance classes I took in highschool, I am new to this topic need to start from the ground up. Any advice or recommendations for reading help
Here is a few details on me for what they are worth
>24 years old
>male
>Working in sales, annual salary is ~$65,000 after taxes
>Currently have less than $2100 debt to my name
>Have $25,000 in cash at my disposal at any time
>Do not have a degree, have a handful of general college classes completed (IE Math 102, English 101, Chem 112, Psychology 101 to name a few)
>Have the time, money and willpower to finish a degree if needed
>have the time and willpower to work a second job if needed
>Not worried about sacrificing my social life
>not worried about not being able to do anything fun for a few or several years
>Single, no children.
>quick learner
>physically competent
>Have a decent amount of skill and experience working construction. Flipping houses may very well be my first venture if the market permits
