Hey, /biz/, Canadian Jew here (not kidding, pls no bully). I'm going to Israel for about a month in March and I have about 2500 CAD saved up for it, which should be more than enough for me. However, with the way our dollar is going (they are saying it could go as low as .59 cents US), I'm thinking about exchanging it into USD or NIS as soon as possible to avoid another holocaust of losses.
My question is, should I? Or should I wait? What should I exchange it into? Also, what is the cheapest way to exchange money where the bank won't take a huge cut? I've only ever travelled to the states as a kid so I'm new to this.
Please help your greatest ally. Thanks in advance.
aren't you supposed be good with money?

Well I'm quite thrifty, my family are poorfags so I probably get it from them.
the best thing you could do is probably convert it to swiss francs, but that is difficult and expensive so I guess US dollars would be better?
"dont change your money at the airport" is all i know
do it at your bank
ask your banker for advice
