Let's say you had a steady income stream of £80k per month in pure cash. How would you launder it /biz/?
>>
So what's your vendor name?
>>
I would litterally stack it in my closet in a little house in the country and take the risk. Fuck laundering it or finding a swiss bank account. They always get fucked in the movies when they trust their money to some shady foriegn bank
>>
>>1033666
Let's say I want to use the cash without raising suspicion, how do I do that? I can't just walk up to an estate agent with a bunch of cash and ask to buy a house
>>
>>1033673
No, but you could trickle in a believable wage amount through an ATM every 2 weeks. Make it consistent, believable, not-round number. Save up a down-payment on a property. Then buy something in a good area that needs to be renovated. Pay for renovations in cash, should get no objections from the tradesmen, but ask first to be sure. Then sell the newly modernized property for a nice profit. In my country I don't even pat income taxes on the profits from the sale of my principal residence.

After you do one of these you'll have clean money for several down-payments. Boom! You're a real estate magnate

Open a legit business like a sandwich shop
>>

1000 a day at casinos. Some days youll lose but just play a few hands and walk

The casinos are looking for counterfeits not small timers
>>
>>1033786
wouldn't it be awfully suspicious if I all of a sudden had a large income from casino winnings?
>>
>>1033666
I work in thr banking infustry in Switzerland. There are multiple layers of protection against money laundering. It has gotten worse in recent years since the penalties increased in size and frequency.
>>
>>1033909

don't do it. Casino cannot provide you fora large income. It's bs.
>>
>>1033662

You need cash businesses, several of them. Corner shops, tanning salons, hair salons etc.

Run as much cash as make sense to declare and pay tax on to support your lifestyle and it is clean. Make you you invoice everything so its above board.

The rest you either sit on as cash, buy assets or get it offshore and away form the governments prying eyes.
>>
>>1034107
This is a great idea and makes sense, except how would I go about acquiring the hair salon or tanning salon in the first place? Assume I have no legitimate income or wealth to my name except a car
>>
>>1034107
This.

In the UK dirty money is washed through tanning shops, car washes, laundrettes, anything that is a service paid by cash.

Fake profits are based on x number of fake customers. A capital investment to start off with and then a regular and plausible income stream.

This is easier than running, say a retail business, where you would need to keep spending money on goods, dumping them then making fake sales paperwork. There is a longer paper trail left as evidence which is more likely to get you caught.

At higher levels, money laundering is often done through mispriced deals. For example, a shipment of bananas is sold and invoiced for £300k. All the paperwork is genuine, but the actual quality delivered is lower and the bananas really worth £220k. A physical transaction has taken place but £80k of dirty money has now been washed. Without inspecting the actual shipment, it's difficult for the authorities to catch.

But it's better instead to just go straight and live a clean life with a clear conscience.
>>
>>1034222
Yeah, but how do I acquire one of these businesses? I know what you're saying, but honestly how would I go about acquiring one?
>>
>>1034012
>Casino cannot provide you fora large income. It's bs
he is talking about money laudry, and not about making more money
>>
>>1034222
this explains why middlesbrough has so many taxis and car washes
>>
Nail salon, laser tag, car wash.
>>
Buy like 12 vending machines, add some to their numbers everytime and get laundered?
>>
>>1034339
>>1034359
sounds great, but how do I get these things in the first place?
>>
>>1034382
Interest only "loan" from family that they declare the interest on
>>
>>1033662
Open up bank accounts in 80 different banks across Europe.
Spend my life leisurely driving around Europe, going from bank to bank, depositing £1,000 cash in each bank each month.
France -> Belgium -> Netherlands -> Denmark -> Germany -> Switzerland -> Italy -> Back to France
10-11 different banks in each country

Every few months, consolidate it all into 1 account

*shrug*
>>
answer this and I will tell you
How do you get the money in the first place?
>>
>>1034436
nice try, FBI
>>
>>1034307
Right. So initially the casino turns a blind eye , guy loses 2k a week playing blackjack. Good for them. Do this for a couple months now you have launderd money (pay taxes on it)

Now you use that to buy a cash heavy business , laundromat / arcade etc (others have posted about this but it costs money to buy a business so im going step by step here)

Now use that business to launder more
>>
>>1034382
The casino money. Youll lose a bit gambling and paying taxes on gambling winnings but once you have a legit business started with launderd money you can launder exponentially more
>>
>>1033662

That's a little too much to launder.

UNLESS you have like multiple businesses, people working for you, and can hide the stream in multiple ways.
>>
Flipping currency and other things
Money Orders in smaller amounts

Buy random retail gifts cards and sell on secondary market for 5-10% loss.
Buy Visa giftcards and pay or donate to yourself through some form of website as fans/followers would.
