So, when do I know the market is at a low so I can buy?
lol
Are you being serious?

why not?
"market" is such meme term.
It's all about individual stocks. even in a down turn, some will be going up, and some will keep going down forever. In a bull market, there will still be losers.
Unless you are investing for retirement, in which case timing doesn't matter. Just wait 40 years on indexs and mutual fund

Every day, you must open your comp, type in the big tickers (DOW, SPY, etc.) and close all other tabs.
you must then stick your index finger up your ass. You feel around to see if it hits "the spot". If it does, you buy market order all of the shares that you can afford (preferably with 7 times leverage)
As someone who has done this a lot now with a high rate of success (76% win rate), I can assure you this strategy works.
Most days you will not hit "the spot", but don't be tempted or experience FOMO: I know too many traders out who have lost it all using anal beads or plastic dildos to attempt to replicate that rapturous feeling that only your finger can generate in your asshole.
As warren buffet once said, "You can only be successful on Wall Street if you can take it up the ass everyday and enjoy it sometimes".
Hope I helped ;)

The 76% win rate comment made me laugh more than the rest of your post. Fuck man, am I senile?
Buy everytime the market reaches a new low. Eventually you will have found the bottom.

Don't forget it starts and ends at 0

OP you idiot, you call the stock exchange and ask, they give you the info. wtf do you think those people do there on their telephones. a lot of people call them and ask them "is it low yet" and they have to answer.
