>By July of this year I will be making 20k NET PROFIT a month doing 3-4 hours of work
Am I make it /biz/?
I would have take you seriously if you didn't have the stupid photo attached to your post!
I started my business in 2013 and I'm making $10k / month working 2 hours / day.
Next year I'll be at $20k
Industrial equipment distribution
I'm not going to give more info as I'm already fighting my competition. I don't need you in it.
If I decided to tell my competition how I make money, at least I put it in a book to make some passive income out of it
Pretty much yeah, I'm pulling in $15k - $20k per month myself from owning a bunch of parking lots around the city. I work like 1-2 hours a week lol these things require practically zero maintenance apart from the odd email or phone call or whatnot. The process of buying new lots can be very time intensive though with all the fuckin paperwork but overall I can't complain.
Yeah there's someone there making sure people don't overstay what they've paid for, but only during the busiest parts of day (6am to 8pm). If someone stays for 7 hours during the night while only having paid for 1 hour it doesn't really matter because the entire lot will never be filled up during the night anyways so I'm not losing money. In fact, I'm saving money, because I don't have to pay for a parking guard to patrol the area 24/7.
